Applied online, spoke with a HR rep through email, then set up an interview in person. The organization is very well managed and I was very impressed with the company. I was given a "personality fit" interview and then a "technical fit" interview. The entire process seemed designed to ease nerves during the interview and I felt like I was having a discussion. Even on technical questions I was unfamiliar with, the interviewer was fair and explained the answer. I know my offer was not received because I overshot on my expectations of a position, and not because the interview was not fair. Should I become more qualified for a position here I would still love the opportunity to work for these guys.
