Entretien
The process was very simple although it took me a while to start working since they were already booked with trainings (there were no spots available for orientation/training until another time). First, you sign up online for an interview. Second, you go to the employment center at SeaWorld and have the interview. They ask you general questions (ex: Describe a time when...). They then tell you whether you have been hired or whether they would call you within the next two weeks. You then take a drug test, show two forms of I.D., and they sign you up for an orientation.

Entretien
The interview was ridiculous. It had nothing to do with the job you are applying for, and is done in a group. There are three activities you must do- compare yourself to a plush, work as a team, and answer scenarios.

Question 1
The first thing you have to do is choose one of the plush animal that describes you. If you get stuck with the turtle, just ask if you can make it a sea turtle because there are no land-turtle qualities that correlate with a person- and with a sea turtle, you can make something involving how they go with the currents (like I did.)
The second activity is making something out of legos. When doing this, make sure YOU'RE the one to open it, and have the pieces in front of you. You will not be noticed by the panel if you aren't helping build whatever you're building. If you are out of the pieces reach, you can consider yourself not a part of the activity. The panel will take this negatively because you aren't involved with the group.
The last thing you do is answer various scenarios as a group. You NEED to talk, because everyone will try talking over you. When the panel asks about your solutions, speak up, even if you never said anything in the group. It is very important for your voice to be heard, because if it isn't you won't be selected to have a one-on-one interview.

SeaWorld will pretty much ask questions that relate to your personality and family values. Such as "when was the last time you helped someone ", "what would you say to a person having a bad day". Just make sure to smile throughout the review process. They love people that can work through any situation. Good AND bad, while still delivering good customer service,
