I was excited to receive an email with several days and times offered for me to “chat”with an HR representative about my experience and the role of the open position. In the body of the email was a link included for me to complete a Predictive Index to give some extra insight into how I would complement the team. I completed the assessment test and responded with a day and time that would work for me to “chat”. There was no follow up email received, so I reached confirming receipt of my email, yet again, no response. I set aside the time to complete the test, as well as made arrangements so I could be available during the chosen time to speak with HR, however did not receive a response to neither of my email messages, nevertheless the phone call that was offered.
