written application, video interview, zoom interview (asked personal questions, "why do you want to work at scripps?" and "why do you want to work on this floor?" as well as clincial "parameters for sepsis identification" "what to do with a med error.")
it was all questions about testing your nursing knowledge. not very personal and didnt ask me much about myself at all. was very med surg based. they said they didnt have leadership opprotunities for new grads.
