I had a 2.5 hour interview with 4 managers and 1 director at Scotts. The interview was very long, but I was engaged the whole time. Overall it was basic questions but some were specific to the projects and experience I had on my reuse. Skype interview. They asked what is your 1 biggest accomplishment. why do you want to work for scotts? what is your ideal work environment? Tell me about yourself? What is your greatest strength and biggest weakness? etc gave a role play scenario about designing a web app application.
