Entretien
It was an initial assessment exercise, this involved distilling information and providing a recommendation. This was followed by a competency based interview with a presentation. Both interviews were about an hour in length.

There were no particularly difficult or unexpected questions. One question that was asked was to describe a time when you made an improvement, explain what you did and why, and what the outcome was.
