met with all managers of the organization and then came back to meet the owner. it was cool they took me to lunch and all. then made me a offer and I gladly accepted
Thank you for your review. We believe that it is important to have all of our managers meet with perspective employees if possible. This gives our entire management team buy-in and encourages the team mentally that is so important to our company.
