I handed CV in and was called in for an interview around 4 days later, they asked very general experience-based questions and whether I was able to work under pressure (necessary considering how understaffed they are). A few days later I received a call from the manager who told me I got the job

Felt a little uncomfortable as it was conducted during opening hours at a quiet table rather than in a private room or office & we were interrupted by duty mangers with trivial chat a few times. However the informality stopped there: the questions were the unanswerable formal types that was in stark contrast to the low level role.
