Applied through an internal referral. Someone reached out to me a few days later and scheduled an interview. Rather than a typical HR or Hiring Manager call, it was an immediate panel with 3 people. Call itself went well, and 2 of the 3 asked fairly reasonable question. The third person was more junior and basically kept quiet all call. I was promised a response and next steps "in a few days." That was one month ago. Not a peep since, not even an automated rejection. Scotiabank claims that "Respect, Integrity, Accountability" are their core values. I see zero of that.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Scotiabank (Toronto, ON) en févr. 2013
