Quick process once you get through the long wait time after applying.
Usually they'll do whiteboard questions, though would have preferred a technical test which allows me to show my skills more.
Didn't get selected because Team lead wanted someone with more experience on paper

Database Join questions and retrieving proper data from multiple joined tables.
