I applied online and after about a week, I was invited to do a pre-recorded video interview with 5 questions. You have 3 mins to prep your answer and then 3 mins to respond. After another week, I was given an online assessment (behavioural questions) and an invitation to an online interview with an HR
Rep. They abruptly ended my interview after I stated that I wasn't comfortable with the starting wage. It was very cutthroat and a little unprofessional. It made me question why I wanted to work there in the first place. There was no opportunity given for me to go over my past experiences/qualifications.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

It was good but they did not want me because i did not understand the role which pissed me off a lot and i thought i got it cause i awnsered confidently

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
