first online interview: you have to answer about 5 questions using a computer. it takes about thirty minutes;
then phone interview: it takes about 40 minutes. a recruiter will ask questions about your resume and behavioral questions ;
then in-person interview.

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
