Applied online and was sent an email after two days to complete online video assessment. the test had about 8 questions. The questions wasn't so difficult but it just feels weird having to talk to yourself on a blank screen.

Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
