Web first round interview. Spend about 40 minutes. 8 questions. After applied online, the candidates supposed to received a confirmation email. About one week later, I received the email inform me to take web interview for the first round. If pass, HR will call the candidates to take the second round interview.
Very chilled and eye opening. They asked me a few questions and more details on my resume. They were very patient and listened. Just be very authentic too it saves

Entretien
Pretty well balanced between formal and informal, keen to understand your goal and explain the company's goal. Pretty clear what they need from you and how they can be part of your growth path. The hr helped to have a better contract as well.
