Four weeks after I submitted my internal application I was contacted via e-mail. They also contacted my current manager to let her know I was being considered for the position. I found this step to be unnecessary and they also never stated on any document that my current manager would be contacted. I went in for a 1 hour interview with the department manager and the supervising manager. They asked a series of structured interview questions after reviewing my resume and cover letter with me.

Fairly simple . Had a call for an interview in person at the time ( before covid) and after the interview, less than a week later got the job. I was interviewed by two people.

The interview process was not too long and the recruiter did great work on getting back to me. There were lots of instances where I posed questions and got amazing answers.

Phone interview first, asked to come in for in person with manager. Straightforward, asked about your background and then asked questions to see your type of personality. Pretty much to find out your personality.
