Very casual, asked a few questions regarding how I would implement a feature that I was given full ownership of. Weighing the pros and cons of different frameworks to accomplish a task, etc.
Multiple stages- recruiter screening, technical, and behavioural. Networking important beforehand. Read job description thoroughly and be prepared to go through your resume effortlessly. Process was a month to 6 weeks long.
