Chill and friendly interview process. Prior to the interview, I was made to complete an online quiz that tested some of your basic abilities, such as to read and interpret things, as well as comprehend numerical issues. Did not think I performed well for the quiz, but was called down for an interview subsequently. So I think you only needed to attain a minimal score for the quiz to qualify for the next stage of the selection process.

The interview process was not intimidating. Only one HR manager led the interview and he was very friendly. It felt more like a chat session rather than an interview. Appreciated that the manager set a comfortable atmosphere.

- Online Gamified Test - Online Personality Test - Online interview It is quite straightforward and not too difficult. I feel that some luck is involved though (but that applies for most gamified tests).
