Very simple. I interviewed during COVID however so things may have changed. I had 2 interviews- one with a recruiter and one with my current account manager. One via phone and one via TEAMS meeting.

- phone interview, virtual interview (this was during COVID). Very easy to speak with, discussed experience, what I would like to achieve out of this position as this was my first time getting into recruiting

Great process, very professional two interviews; Went into detail of the company and the opportunity for me. Went over my background and experience and short and long term career goals and how I could grow and succeed with the company.
