After receiving an email to set up a phone interview, you have a phone interview with a manger at a different center. Then a in person interview with the manager at the location you applied. Overall the interview was very awkward, the manager didn’t seem very prepared and was nervous. Another person was there but never explained their position and why they were there. Pay was very low for what was expected.
