I applied through a recruiting agency. The process lasted for a week. The first round was a telephonic screening round, focussing on my profile and my past projects etc. I had to follow up with the interviewer as he didn't even bother to join the call and had to follow up via email only to reschedule the call for another day. Even then the interviewer didn't join the call and I had to follow up again, after which he joined the call. After a week when I followed up with the recruiting agency over the call, I got to know that my profile was not shortlisted by the co-founders and no reason was mentioned. Wastage of time and energy and a very bad experience. Not recommended

Entretien
The process took a couple of weeks. I was approached by the recruiting agency. Initially, there was supposed to be a screening round, which got re-scheduled 3 times. The interviewer ghosted both times and didn't even bother to inform me that he would not be joining. I had to follow up constantly with the recruiting agency's HR for updates and re-scheduling. After the screening round, again there were no updates and I had to follow up with the agency only to find out later verbally from the HR that my profile would not be selected. No email communication at all! Upon asking for a reason, the company didn't mention any to HR. The HR managed to convince the team for further rounds but I refused to proceed further. Waste of time and energy. Very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH IT!
