      Entretien

      The interview process was very swift and thorough, I got into the 1st round interview within 2 weeks time after submitting my job application. Before that interview, I have received a number of emails that gave me plenty of information about the company, together with requests for more information from myself, and I was even invited to take 3 online personality tests. I somehow did not make it into getting a job offer, but that is not my point. I was impressed by the way that Schweiger & Partners is building their team, I had plenty of insights about myself during the application process.

      I had to discuss the article "Should You Tell Your Employees Not to Work on Weekends?" by Simon Sinek with the interviewer. And I was asked for: - issues that I have been critisized during the past 4 years, - three situations in my earlier employments in which I was not successful.

      I had applied online and was contacted very soon with proper coordination through their HR Manager - B, who was very efficient and understanding. She found me suitable for the role but due to some hiring process complications, I could not join the Company. I found her to be very considerate. Overall, the initial HR experience was good.

      My experience in applying for Schweiger & Partners was smooth, well-structured, and efficient. After submitting my application online, I received a follow-up email the very next day, which immediately set a positive tone for me. From there, everything moved steadily forward. My first interview took place two weeks after I applied, followed by a second interview about eight working days later, and finally a third interview three weeks after that. What I liked best during the hiring process was the consistent and clear communication from the recruitment team. I was never left in the dark or waiting without updates, which made the experience stress-free. They answered all my questions during the interview to help me gauge if I wanted to be part of their team. Their transparent communication also allowed me to make informed decisions in deciding between this and another opportunity, in terms of potential career progression, remote work setup, and remuneration.

      They asked me to show them a technical drawing of an item, and I had to do it during the interview. Also, they asked me about my career progression goals if I join their team.
