Very lengthy process. You first go over your skills with a recruiter and discuss what the position entails. If you have the required skill set you are then contacted to have a video interview with the department manager(s). The manager leading the interview was very friendly and I thought the interview went very well, however the recruiter contacted me a few weeks later advising that I was not selected for the position. I want to mention that the position keeps being listed but my applications are now being rejected within a few days.
