First I had a call for a phone screening for an hour.
Then I had another 1-hour technical phone interview about my CV and my knowledge about operations research and simulations with the head manager.
A week after that I received a call for an onsite interview. The position was located in Greenbay (WI) and it was more than 6 hours drive from my location.
As a result, I asked them to buy me a flight ticket which was around 150$. They were so cheap that they asked me to drive there because of their "policy". I agreed and said that would be fine. I would get an uber for around 130 dollars. Every time I proposed something they had a few hours of discussion about that. Finally, I received another call from them telling me that there will be another technical phone interview. There were 2 interviewers this time (I don't mention the names here), one of them was professional and asked a few simple questions and the other one was very rude from the beginning. That was one of my worst experiences for many interviews I had. They were cheap, disrespectful, and wasted my time for a few days.
