Initial interview process was over the phone and didn't take much time. He asked about my job history and my personal driving record. After that I went in for orientation but this was really more like the second half of the interview process in my opinion. They give multiple driving tests so that you drive the Schneider way and require both a regular drug test and a hair follicle test. They will then begin weeding out those who do not meet their standards. I was assigned a trainer for another week of practice before finally going out on my own. Entire process was lengthy but made sense.
