Before Interview there was a OA, in which I solved the 2 of 2 coding questions, and they were correct, all the test cases were passed. Some of my friends solved only 1 question. They got selected but not me.
When I enquired I got to know they selected randomly, it's all pure luck
And girls are given more priority than boys, even though some girls didn't know anything, they got removed in the 1st round. But IBM called them and gave 17LPA job, just because they are girls
