There were 2 Technical rounds and 1 Manager round. I had done good in 2 technical rounds (Advanced Level)and had been selected for Manager round and on the next day HR team asked me to share Aadhar doc since then waited for them to comeback with HR round discussion and I had waited for 10 days. When i called to HR (Rajini) she mentioned that your manager round didn't go well even after I had healthy conversation answering all the questions.

Onw of worst organization for interview process I found. I ask for referral from one of my linkedin connection and got the call for first round. 4 person has joined as interviewer and it went very well for almost one hour. I answered all question and get the interview clearance confirmation from Hr also she asked about my current compensation and expectation and mentioned she is going to schedule HR round for final discussion, and you won't believe still I am waiting for that HR round I tried to reach the HR to get the update but they did not pickup the call. Event if they can not match the expectations they should notify about same via email.
