Entretien
The interview process was very straight forward in my case as I was an internal candidate. I was changing roles and the hiring manager was a previous manager of mine. The interview process and next steps were explained by HR in advance. The interviews themselves were well organised and ran smoothly. Good communication afterwards. Overview I found the interview process very good.

Question 1
There was a more technical interview and then a slightly more soft skills interview. The technical questions examined knowledge and ability to apply that knowledge. So a good challenge. The second more soft skills and team player type interview was a little more straight forward and a nice chat including a number of expected questions.
