Applied through University's on-campus recruiting system. Then got an interview scheduled. The interview took about an hour (feels really long). All behavior questions, non technical. The interviewer had a list of questions from HR and simply asked the questions while talking with me, and he typed in my answer. Got an on-site interview opportunity a few days after that.
