At first I applied through their site in their careers page. After about 3 weeks they send me an email telling me that they wanted to do an one way one way view interview done using the Hirevue app.

Thank you for your review. We aim for a quick turnaround in our application process, but sometimes it takes a little longer in the decision-making process for a number of reasons. We continue to internally evaluate how we can deliver a more effective process.

The assessment day consisted of a presentation, interview, and an escape room as a team activity.

Entretien
First there is an Application stage, then if you're successful a Video Interview where you answer no more than 5/10 questions. Finally there is an Assessment Centre where you could potentially do a group task, presentation, and then a 1 - 1 interview.
Overall the interview experience is great, everyone is very welcoming.
