I recently attended the Interview for the position of Order Management Leader with Schneider Electric and was extremely impressed with the professional approach and communication accuracy. The meeting schedules were clearly communicated and were strictly adhered to and i was not made to wait nor was the schedule deviated. Also i was impressed the the leadership team approach in handling the interview as i was made to feel extremely comfortable and could express freely. The HR team co ordination was on dot and each of the interview and follow up discussions were very clear and precise.
