Entretien
I applied online and received a call for an initial phone screening with the recruitment manager. I then completed an hour long skills test and was called in for face to face interviews which consisted of x3 hour interviews. I received positive feedback from the recruitment manager and then heard nothing more for several weeks. He then emailed me at 5pm on a Monday to ask my availability to have a chat the following day which I gave. He never called or followed up by email until I chased him after another month. I was told the role was not filled as they had changed their mind about the specific need for the role. All in all the interviews themselves were positive apart from my interaction with the recruitment team which was poor and unprofessional.
