After the first call with HR, I got asked to solve a technical challenge, that took me 3 days. Two weeks and no feedback about the result. So, I sent an email asking for a position and they said I got approved. Next interview scheduled for this morning (Skype) and no one showed up. Sent an email asking for an explanation and they said they decided to move ahead with another candidate. No news, no interest in perform a good selection process, just waste my time, since it was very clear to me the company wasn't interest in the process.
