I've received a call after being recommended by a friend; then an interview was scheduled. In first interview they gave me a paper with some problems and pen to write solution for each one; kind of write algorithms and C programs to solve the problems. I've ended by writing the solution as pseudocode. Following day, I received another call telling me I'm accepted and need to be interviewed by the HR manager.
