Entretien
Overall the initial interest and interview were done very well and handled very professionally. However, the announcement of who received the jobs was very delayed along with a rather patronizing and shockingly insincere email. I was initially told that there was a large class being brought in but was later informed that it was in fact a small class that was selected and a refusal to explain how the selection was made.

Entretien
Very quick process. Applied and got contacted by a recruiter within a few days to schedule a zoom call. Had an initial interview with the recruiter where she just wanted to know about me as a person and my background. Then had a behavioral interview with three senior managers, who made it very conversational, although they still asked specific questions. The day after I had a follow up call with the recruiter where they extended me an offer. Everyone was extremely sweet, and I accepted the offer in October ahead of my May graduation. Interviewers really liked stressing the importance of communication in response to the questions asked.
