Three interviews
1. Brief phone interview with available managers (5-8). Just don't say anything stupid and you will get an in-person interview.
2. In-person interview with managers (5-8). They ask very basic questions regarding your knowledge of financial statements (i.e. "Name three things you would look for on a company's financial statements to determine an underwriting recommendation) Good answers include Cash, Ability to Pay, Debt to Total Net Worth ratio. They will also ask how comfortable you are with making collection calls, which is an important part of the job.
3. In-person interview with Director(s): Brief get-to-know-you conversation
