My profile was short listed from job portal and got a call for interview. 1st round was technical aptitude (junior level java objective questions) followed by technical interview. Person who was taking interview was niether technically sound nor good in english. Then again another technical round F2F was conducted and the interviewer asked me all same questions that were already asked by previous interviewer. These 3 round took around 4 hours with a lunch break in between. Later HR told currently we are looking for less than 2 years experienced candidate.

Do not waste your time to attend interview with scan IT Pune.I had completed 3 rounds of interview and also done the salary negotiation.But after waiting for week when I follow up for offer latter HR did not responds over the mail.

Process initiated with a call from Scan-IT HR head from Bangkok and followed with Technical round which was not so hard to crack and received selected response from HR in 3 days.
