J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Scale (San Francisco, CA)
Entretien
One of the worst interview processes I have ever experienced as a recruiter. The majority of my interviewers seemed burnt out and completely disinterested in what I had to say. There were a few "case study" questions throughout the interview, in which they were looking for me to use metrics with my answer, but they did not specify this at all when asking the question (which was a pretty broad question). Who is supposed to figure this out on their own when there's absolutely 0 guidance in how the question should be answered? They are completely metrics focused and have 0 focus on the candidate experience. The HRBP I met with also just fired off questions immediately, without bothering to comment on my answers. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview. I thought that if this person is an HRBP, that speaks loudly to their culture.

I had a recruiter call, then a take home, and an on-site interview (met cross functional stakeholders)
My recruiter Monica was the best! She was great at listening and made sure to be transparent regarding the opportunity I was walking into.
Also I enjoyed getting to meet different cross functional stakeholders to see how I’d interact with them.
