The interview process at Scale is strict and multi-round.

Round 2: A practical or task-based round focusing on problem-solving, real-world scenarios, and role-specific expertise.
Round 3: A final in-depth interview with senior management evaluating decision-making, pressure handling, ownership mindset, and cultural fit.
Only candidates who demonstrate strong competence, adaptability, and commitment are selected.
