There were 4 rounds. The first one was a telephonic interview, followed by a video interview. These were very straight forward and more of the 'get-to-know-you' type.
That was followed by the in-person round at the Scalar office where I had 5 different interviews with 5 senior members of the team. The final round was a case study that I had to submit in a week. If I were to rate the company based on the process and the people that I interacted with, I would give it a 5 star. I haven't come across any company that makes the candidate feel as at-home and welcomed during the interview process as Scalar (and I have had a few interviews with multiple companies over the years). The whole process felt less like interview and more like a series of interesting conversations.
