Very easy, conversational. Interview was in headquarters, interviewer was relaxed. They’re looking for young people that can interact with their customers for close to minimum wage- it’s not difficult to get hired.

Applied in August, didn't receive the job until November. Ridiculous application/training/interview process for a coffee shop. If you are planning on working here expect multiple 4 hour (early in the morning approx. 7am) workshops, tests, and excessive schooling.

15 minute phone interview, followed by 15 minute interview at Headquarters. Both were casual, seemed mostly aimed at making sure I could smile and carry out a conversation. Following the interview, there is a week-long training process
