I liked the majority of the interview process, but it was VERY long. I started the process in early September and was finally offered employment in December. The initial application is VERY thorough and long- I actually liked this bit because I was able to explain how I could be an asset. I was then asked for my references. From there, I don't remember the exact timing, but I do recall completing a homework assignment that took about 2 hours (created a survey draft, mock verification of documents and finding frauds, creating a spreadsheet, answering more "what would you do" questions, and then a short video at the end). I also recall a virtual interview with my direct manager and a virtual interview with the CEO last. It took about a month after that to receive a contract with the offer.
