Initial application took several hours (about 5). The questions were fairly invasive/personal, but I answered them, so I can't fault the company for that. I was then sent an asynchronous video link, and asked to answer 5 questions in 5 minutes. That was exceedingly difficult as I had to memorize and speed through my answers. I asked for confirmation that the video uploaded, and never received a response.
