Very unprofessional recruiter. Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn to interview for an upcoming position. They were 5 minutes late for the video call with no apology, that was my first red flag... Generic get to know you questions, detail about my past experience, knowledge of the industry etc. It came to the time for the recruiter to share more detail about the role... They didn't have the salary scale but wanted to know how much I was previously on... They didn't know how large the team was, if it was a new role, pretty much any detail. They advised my experience was well suited to the role and would arrange the next stage interview with the hiring manager... I never heard from them again... I followed up on email and LinkedIn - 3 times. Firstly to thank them for the time and then to check on the status of the next stage. The recruiter then unfollowed me on LinkedIn. If this is how the recruiter treats candidates, I think I dodged a bullet!
