2 Rounds of interview. One interview is taken by regional team. Second one is taken by senior management of company. Process takes lots of days to complete. Technical knowledge needs to be very good to get selected.

Entretien
Quite a lot of growth was promised. None of it was ever even intended to be given. There was a lot of grilling involved about my background as well. Basically, it was all a ruse to get an employee at the lowest package possible.
