J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Savers (Toronto, ON) en mai 2014

2 weeks after I applied online, I got called to come in for an interview. It was a 1:1 interview with the assistant manager for a production team position. She asked me questions from a sheet and wrote down my answers as I spoke. We talked about my duties in previous positions. There were a lot of "Tell me about a time when __" and no "What would you do if __" questions. The interview lasted 20-30 minutes, and she booked me in for a second interview the day after. The second interview was with a different manager, and she explained that I would be interviewed for a cashier position because of my availability and customer service experience from volunteering (this would be my first paying job). The interview lasted 10-15 minutes, and she basically asked me the same type of questions as the first. I wasn't asked to provide references. I called in a week after to see if I was still being considered, and they said that they were still interviewing people and that they would let me know soon. It's been another week since then, so I don't think I'll be getting an offer.

Very fast and easy. A few questions on the resume from an old job. questions about the team and difficult situations. I didn't wait long, although I know that a lot of people wanted this job.
it was just a psychometric test where they filter out anyone who they think will cause issues and also anyone who is disabled, since this is an automated process it seems that any information regarding disability isn't taken into account
Easy asked me about experiences I had and was very nice and easy going. I liked the interview process and felt comfortable. It was nice and I felt confident and comfortable
