Iter di selezione in 4 step, di cui ultimo in sede. I primi 3 sono stati molto veloci con feedback rapidissimi. All’ultimo step, pur avendomi indicato delle tempistiche brevi per il feedback finale, ho ricevuto l’esito negativo dopo tantissimi giorni.

Interview with recruiter + line manager + business case + granfathering with the director. It lasts about 3 weeks/1 month. Business case complex to answer due to lack of information in the case itself. It required to submit some options based on assumptions and scenarios. But especially not that kind of business case done to test experience. I felt like I was given for free consultancy to them! I received a written feedback that seemed not referred to what I submitted. I asked for clarification and they disappeared.
