Sapiens has very immature recruitment process. Seems they dont have any leader and any set guidelines. I felt HR wanted to delay the whole recruitment process deliberately. In my case seems they either didnt have position open or doing a formality to promote internal candidate. Post offer discussion HR did not come back. I would say its complete waste of time.
