Phone and in person. Very quick turnaround. I felt they were almost chasing me for the job. Led me to think It was a good sign. Turns out the turnover was so high they would hire anyone into GRC. When I arrived and saw what management was doing I was disappointed.

1 question about controls. I assumed my extensive resume compensated for the tough questions. I was wrong. IT GRC had a very strong turnover and it had only 7 people. Upon my hire 3 of them were leaving. The easy interview was because they needed people. GRC was rarely used in my work and when so it was insignificant. But was hyped as part of the job.
