At first, when I applied for the position on someone's recommendation, I still got automated email of rejection. Post that I got a call from HR and got interview setup. After having 3 rounds of interview, there is no formal update on the interview nor any feedback given by HR or the recruiting team.

Llamada por teléfono de aproximadamente 5 minutos sin aviso previo para conocerte un poco mejor y saber por qué te interesa el puesto al que has aplicado y la empresa en la que lo has hecho
Presentation on topic given prior to assessment day, group exercise with other interviewees, office tour, 30 min interview with internal audit employees. Friendly people and not too intimidating. Would apply again.
