Entretien
internview process comprised of two rounds. The first round interview was with HR representative to discuss details of CV and internet application. Used more to clarify details etc. Second round interview was infront of a panel of 3x senior Relationship Directors. All questions were qualitative type quesitons no technical aspects were tested.

6x Qualitative questions i.e. describe a time where you have demonstrated this key behaviour etc etc. Prepare and use the standard STAR response method. Very straight forward
